We have carried out Home Condition Surveys and Building Surveys on a number of interesting properties throughout this month, as well as in November, including a large semi in St Albans. Take a look below at some of the properties we have recently surveyed. The Building Survey is becoming very well received and being a Tech R.I.C.S approved product it is good to see what the industry thinks of it.
Detached property where chimney breasts had been removed but had no access to loft to see if the chimney stacks had been structurally supported properly. The owner fitted a loft hatch so this could be checked out and all was fine on the return visit.
