Although many buyers plan to get a home condition survey on the property they’re looking to buy, less than 1/5th of these buyers actually follow through with a survey. This can be a grave mistake on the buyers’ part as a detailed report may highlight certain defects that the buyers will have missed in the initial house viewing.
